Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil
  • 1/4 c. A-1 sauce
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. sour cream

Step 1


Combine meat, crumbs, egg, cheese and seasonings. Make tiny (1 inch) meatballs. Saute in oil in a skillet until thoroughly cooked. Place in chafing dish. In sauce pan combine all of the ingredients for the sauce except the sour cream. Heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and slowly add the sour cream. Pour sauce over meatballs and serve.
