Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 2 pounds powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mint flavoring

Preparation

Step 1

Cream the softened cream cheese and add the flavoring, then gradually add the powdered sugar. As it gets stiff, kneed in remaining powdered sugar.

Add desired colors now.

Roll out in rolls and cut off pieces needed to make mints. Roll in granulated sugar. Press into molds and turn out to dry.
