Creamed Ham In Snappy Cheese Ring

Ingredients

• 6 eggs slightly beaten
• 3 cups milk
• 2 1/2 soft bread crumbs
• 2 cups grated American cheese
• Salt to taste
• Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
• 1 dash cayenne pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon minced onion
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Worchestershire
• 2 drops Tobasco sauce
• 2 tablespoons melted margarine
• 2 tablespoons melted margarine
• 2 cups cubed cooked ham
• 3 cups white sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients in order except ham and white sauce. Place in greased ring mold. Place mold in shallow pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

When almost done, combine and heat ham and white sauce. Unmold and serve with creamed ham in center.

This recipe yields 10 to 12 servings.
