Ingredients

  • 1 pound brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup oil (oil must be used)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, add oil and brown sugar. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and add to sugar mixture. Add vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips and nut meats. Spread evenly on large greased and floured cookie sheet with 4 sided rim and bake at 350deg about 25 minutes or until top is brown. Cut when cool.
