Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 (3 1/2 or 4 ounce) package butterscotch instant pudding mix
- 3 1/2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
Preparation
Step 1
In large saucepan, combine sugar, butter and milk. Bring to rolling boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; add nuts, pudding mix and oats. Mix thoroughly. Cool 5 minutes. Drop cookies with a rounded teaspoon onto waxed paper. Allow to firm.
