Spinach and Tomato Bowtie Pasta

Ingredients
- 1lb1lb hamburger
- 11 onion, chopped
- 1clove1 clove garlic, minced
- 15oz can15oz can tomato sauce
- 15oz can15oz can stewed tomatoes
- 1tsp1tsp oregano
- 1tsp1tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 10oz10oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 16oz16oz bowtie pasta, cooked and drained
- 1/2cup1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2cups2 cups mozzarella, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Brown hamburger, onion, and garlic in large skillet, then drain.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
Add tomatoes and sauce to hamburger. Add spices and stir. Simmer for approx 10 minutes.
Add spinach and pasta. Stir well.
Add Parmesan cheese and 1 1/2 cups mozzarella while skillet is still over med-low heat. May add milk at this point to thin out.
Stir until cheeses melted in.
Serve with sprinkled mozzarella over each dish!
