Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 c. prepared pesto
- 2 4 oz. jars sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 4 oz. can chopped ripe olives
- 1 c. shredded provolone cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Flatten chicken slightly. Place in an ungreased 13 x 9" baking dish. Spoon pesto over chicken, top with mushrooms and olives.
Bake uncovered at 400 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and chicken juices run clear.
