Ingredients
- 3 cup flour
- 2 (10oz) packages frozen strawberries
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/4 c chopped pecans
- 2 cups sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Stir carefully and turn into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and turn onto racks.
