Ingredients
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 9 tablespoons butter or margarine
Preparation
Step 1
melt butter and then add cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg
over medium heat for about 12 - 15 stir until thickens
reduce heat to low and add grated parmesan cheese
stir until the cheese melts
done
Enough for 12 ounces of pasta
