Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup oil (butter)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all dry ingredients; add liquids. Mix until blended. Bake in greased pan for 25 minutes at 425F.
