Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 ounces fresh-squeezed key lime juice
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker pie crust
  • Whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325°.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks with condensed milk, lime juice and food coloring, if using. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake for 30 minutes.

Cool completely and then refrigerate.

Top with whipped cream.
