- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 1/2 CUP BUTTER
- 3 RIPE BANANAS
- 2 LARGE EGGS
- 1 TSP VANILLA
- 2 CUPS SELF RISING FLOUR
- 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS

Step 1
BEAT SUGAR AND BUTTER UNTIL CREAMY. ADD MASHED BANANAS EGGS AND VANILLA.
COMBINE FLOUR AND BAKING SODA AND ADD TO MIXTURE. BEAT UNTIL COMBINED. STIR IN PECANS.
BAKE IN 8 IN LOAF PAN @ 350 FOR 1 HOUR
