South of the Border Meat Marinade

Use this on grilled steaks, roasts, kabobs, any beef recipe for a great Mexican flavoring.

Ingredients
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 1/2 t dried cumin
- 2 1/2 t dried oregano
- 2 1/2 t ground chili pepper
- 2 1/2 t ground cloves
- 2 1/2 t cinnamon
- 2 1/2 t ground black pepper
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 c red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c chopped onion

Step 1
Blend all ingredients well. Mix 3 t with 1/2 cup
chopped onion, 1 T olive oil, and a cup of
red wine vinegar. This will marinate 1 lb. of beef.
