Ingredients

  • 1/2

    t salt

  • 2 1/2

    t dried cumin

  • 2 1/2

    t dried oregano

  • 2 1/2

    t ground chili pepper

  • 2 1/2

    t ground cloves

  • 2 1/2

    t cinnamon

  • 2 1/2

    t ground black pepper

  • 1

    t garlic powder

  • 1

    T olive oil

  • 1

    c red wine vinegar

  • 1/2

    c chopped onion

Directions

Blend all ingredients well. Mix 3 t with 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 T olive oil, and a cup of red wine vinegar. This will marinate 1 lb. of beef.
