Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby tricolor carrot
- 1/8 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp steak seasoning
- 1/2 cup dry-roasted pistachio nuts chopped

Do not peel carrots just wash well. Place on grill at medium heat for 20-25 minutes rolled carrots and top with pistachio nuts.
Mix together all sauce ingredients and serve on the side of platter
