SNOW ICE CREAM

Step 1

Beat 1 whole egg in a large bowl. Add and stir or beat until dissolved:
1/2 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon vanilla or lemon extract
1/2 cup rich milk or cream

Add enough soft, light snow to make a nice consistency for serving. Add a dash of nutmeg and enjoy your cream.
