  • 1/2 pound peeled carrots, very thinly sliced on an angle with a handheld slicer or a sharp knife, patted dry
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
