CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 (13 ounce) cans evaporated milk
  • 1 (16 ounce) can chocolate syrup
  • Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs until light and fluffy; stir in sugar, vanilla, evaporated milk and chocolate syrup. Pour in freezer, fill with milk. Freeze. Let ripen 2 hours. Yield: 1 gallon.
