BBQ Chicken Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
  • 1 1/2 lbs. bone-in chicken thighs, (4 large), skin removed
  • 1 lb. all-purpose potatoes, (3 medium), cut into wedges
  • 2 ears corn-on-the-cob, husked and halved

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°. Combine Mayonnaise with barbecue
sauce in small bowl.
Arrange chicken, potatoes and corn on foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Spoon Mayonnaise
mixture over chicken, potatoes and corn; toss to coat.
Bake until chicken is thoroughly cooked and corn and potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
