Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose Flour
- 1 Tablespoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 8 oz (2 sticks) Butter
- 2 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 7 Egg Whites
- 1 cup Milk
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift flour baking powder and salt into bowl.
In mixer bowl cream butter, sugar and vanilla extract for 5 minutes
Mix egg whites and milk in measuring cup.
Alternate add flour mixture and egg whites and milk a little at a time until all incorporated.
Pour into 2 cake pans or 1 (13x9 inch) pan.
Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for about 20 minutes or until done
