Ingredients
- 1 stick Butter
- 4 cups finely chopped celery
- 1 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 lb crab meat
- 3 eggs
- 1.2- 1.4 red pepper
- 1.2 tsp poutry seasoning
- Salt to tast
- 4 cups fine bread crumbs

Step 1
Saute celery and onions in butter
Combine with other ingredients
Put in cassarole or shells and top with paprika.
Bake 30 min at 400
