Ingredients
- 1 c. Gluten free Oatmeal
- 1 c. desiccated coconut
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 t. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine the next three ingredients and boil hard for 5 minutes.
Add vanilla and pour it over the dry ingredients and mix well.
Drop on waxed paper when cool enough to hold their shape.
