- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 large Onion, diced
- 1 jar, 28-30 oz Sauerkraut
- 2 12 oz cans Corned Beef, crumbled
- 12 to 18 oz Grated Swiss Cheese
- 6 to 10 pieces Rye Bread, crumbled
- 1 1/2 sticks Unsalted butter
- Rye Bread pieces for serving
Preparation
Step 1
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Layer sour cream, onion, sauerkraut, corned beef and swiss cheese in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Crumble rye bread over the top. Drizzle melted butter evenly over to surface.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Spoon on rye pieces to serve.
