- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Butter, melted
- 1 Cup Coconut
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Unbaked Pie Shell

Step 1
Brush a little egg white on pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 1 minute. This prevents a soggy crust. Beat eggs slightly. Add other ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees; 15 minutes at at 375 degrees and 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
