  • 1 Stick Butter, softened
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 2 Tbs. Sugar
  • 1 Large Pkg. Chocolate Pudding, instant
  • 1/2 Cup Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1/3 Cup Pecans, crushed fine
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans, chopped
  • 1 Small Cool Whip



Step 1

Mix first 3 ingredients plus the finely crushed pecans together in a bowl until well mixed and like a soft dough. then pat into a pie pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Prepare pie filling as directed but reduce milk to 2 1/2 cups. Fold in marshmallows and pecan pieces and pour into cooled pie shell. Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate. Can save a few pecan pieces to sprinkle on top.
