Turkey Teriyaki Slaw Over Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
  • 8 ounces Veri Beri Teriyaki Sauce
  • 12 ounce package broccoli slaw
  • Rice or lettuce leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Brown and drain ground turkey. Add water chestnuts, green onions and Teriyaki Sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli slaw. Serve over rice or wrapped in lettuce leaves.
