PUMPKIN PIE

Ingredients

  • 1 quart cooked pumpkin
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Makes 2 pies. Bake at 400deg for 45 minutes.
