Ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3/8 cup soy sauce
- 1/8 cup minced garlic( 4-6 cloves)
- 1/4 cup peeled and grated fresh ginger
- 1 chicken, cut in pieces( 1 pounds each)
Preparation
Step 1
Night before:
Cook the honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in small saucepan over low heat until honey is melted. Arrange chicken pieces in a baking dish skin side down. and pour sauce over it. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350 degree.
Place the baking pan in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover the pan, turn the chicken skin side up AND raise the temperature to 375. Continue baking for 30 more minutes or until done.
