Beer-Battered Broccoli

  • 1 c. beer
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 c. broccoli florets
  • vegetable oil
  • sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk beer, flour, parsley and a pinch of salt. Let the batter rest 1 hour. Dip 4 c. broccoli florets in the batter and fry in 375 degree vegetable oil until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve with sour cream.
