Garlic Greens

Ingredients

  • 1 sliced onion
  • 8 whole garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 3 TBSP. olive oil
  • 1 bunch mustard greens
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 2 c. water
  • pinch of sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook onion, garlic cloves, and paprika in a large pot with olive oil, about 2 minutes. Add mustard greens and kale, water and a pinch each of sugar and salt. Simmer, covered, until tender, about 15 minutes. Add hot sauce to taste.
