MACARONI and CHEESE (from Tina)

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cans Campbells cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 cups grated Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup macaroni
  • NOTE: When I double the recipe, I use
  • 3 cups of cheddar cheese soup.

Preparation

Step 1

On low heat, melt butter. Add flour,
one tablespoon at a time. Remove from heat. Gradually add 1 cup milk. Return to low heat. Stir constantly until thick. Add soup and 1 cup grated cheese.
Boil macaroni. Mix together.
Bake 250 degee for 15 minutes covered.
Remove from oven and add rest of cheese. Heat til cheese melts.

NOTE: Instead of baking in oven I put it in a crock pot on low heat and add rest of cheese.
