Ingredients

  • BBQ sauce:
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c oats
  • 1/2 c chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2/3 c ketchup
  • 1/2 c B sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp mustard

Mix all ingredients together and top with BBQ sauce.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 mins.
