Ingredients
- 1 can Comstock sliced apples
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 stick or more of butter
Preparation
Step 1
Drain off apple juice and stir in brown sugar and butter. Stir occasionally until boiling well; then cover and cook at medium heat until tender. Next, remove lid and cook down until fairly dry and thick. Stir often to keep from sticking or scorching. If fruit seems a bit syrupy after cooling, don't worry-this is normal.
