  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vineger
  • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 3 medium cloves garlic, minced (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
