CREAMY CHOCOLATE FROSTING

Step 1

Mix in a saucepan:
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa

Add:
1 cup cream or evaporated milk

Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly until it begins to boil. Boil about 3 minutes more or until a teaspoonful will form a soft ball in cold water.

Add:
1 teaspoon vanilla.
