Ingredients
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 16 ounces heavy whipping cream
- Fresh fruit ie strawberries (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Place sweetened condensed milk and whipping cream into a stand mixer with whisk attachment. Whip for 4-5 minutes or until ice cream appears lighter and creamy.
Place in a freezer safe container and chill for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
If you want to add flavors, do so before freezing.
Makes 4 cups of ice cream.
