Ingredients

  • Chop about 1/2 onion in EVOO
  • 6 about 6 garlic cloves
  • red pepper flakes
  • parsley
  • 1 cup clam juice
  • 1 cup white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • add some tomatoe paste/sauce

Preparation

Step 1

saute onions in EVOO 2-3 minutes.

add everything else and let slow boil until onions get soft.

Scrub clams, add to mixture and cook until clams open.
