Ingredients
- 2 cups Italian Flat Leaf Parsley
- 1 (3 oz.) jar Pignoli Nuts
- 1 Garlic clove (cracked)
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil (divided)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (coarse)
- 1 cup Parmigiano Cheese (grated)
Preparation
Step 1
In processor, combine Parsley, Pignoli, Garlic.
Process & stream in ~1/4 cup evoo.
Remove Parsley paste to a Lrg. serving bowl.
Stir in Pepper & grated Cheese. Add remaining evoo, stirring to combine.
