Pasta - Sauce 'Parsley Pesto

To Be Used with 2 Lbs of Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Italian Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 1 (3 oz.) jar Pignoli Nuts
  • 1 Garlic clove (cracked)
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil (divided)
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper (coarse)
  • 1 cup Parmigiano Cheese (grated)

Preparation

Step 1

In processor, combine Parsley, Pignoli, Garlic.

Process & stream in ~1/4 cup evoo.

Remove Parsley paste to a Lrg. serving bowl.

Stir in Pepper & grated Cheese. Add remaining evoo, stirring to combine.
