CALIFORNIA CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Medium Onion Chopped
  • 1 Medium Green Pepper Chopped
  • Cook above in large Skillet and drain off grease and set aside.
  • 1 Can Cream Corn
  • 1 Can 8 oz. Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Can 10 3/4 oz. Condensed Tomato Soup (undiluted)
  • 1 Can 4 oz Sliced Mushrooms including liquid
  • 1 Can 10 oz. Rotell (Tomatoes & Green Chilli) undrained
  • 1 Can 2 1/4 oz Sliced Black Ripe Olives drained
  • 1 Jar 4oz Chopped Pimientos Drained
  • 1/2 tsp. Celery Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 8 oz. Wide Egg Noodles - cooked and drained
  • 2 Cups 8 oz. Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients (except cheese) to the cooked meat - Stir well
Pour into a large Casserole dish and bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on casserole.
Bake for 10 minutes.
