Champagne Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 T. champagne or white wine vinegar
  • 2 T. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 t. EACH SUGAR AND DIJON MUSTARD
  • 1/2 T. ITALIAN HERBS, DRIED
  • 1/4 T. GRANULATED GARLIC
  • 1 T. JARRED PIMENTOS
  • SALT AND BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE

Preparation

Step 1

BLEND VINEGAR OR CHAMPAGNE, OIL, SUGAR, DIJON, HERBS, AND GARLIC IN A MINI FOOD PROCESSOR. ADD PIMENTOS; PULSE UNTIL FINELY MINCED. SEASON VINAIGRETTE WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
