Ingredients
- 2 T. champagne or white wine vinegar
- 2 T. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 t. EACH SUGAR AND DIJON MUSTARD
- 1/2 T. ITALIAN HERBS, DRIED
- 1/4 T. GRANULATED GARLIC
- 1 T. JARRED PIMENTOS
- SALT AND BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
Preparation
Step 1
BLEND VINEGAR OR CHAMPAGNE, OIL, SUGAR, DIJON, HERBS, AND GARLIC IN A MINI FOOD PROCESSOR. ADD PIMENTOS; PULSE UNTIL FINELY MINCED. SEASON VINAIGRETTE WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
