Ingredients
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 2 bags fajita vegetables
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 4 tsp lime juice; divided
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 pkt fajita seasoning
- 8 tortillas
- Shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole & diced tomato to top
Preparation
Step 1
Pour 1 bag fajita veggies in bottom of crockpot.
Lay chicken breasts on top.
Sprinkle half fajita seasoning over chicken; turn chicken over and sprinkle with remaining fajita seasoning.
Top with garlic, 2 tsp lime juice, and diced tomatoes.
Pour second bag of fajita veggies over top.
Pour remaining 2 tsp lime juice over top.
Cook on High for 3 hours.
Shred chicken and return to crockpot; mix well.
Continue cooking for 10 minutes.
Spoon into tortillas.
Add toppings.
