Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 cup sunflower butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 T flax meal
  • 2 T chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor, combine all ingredients except the raisins. Once it looks combined, add in the raisins and pulse until they are well mixed.
Roll into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place in the fridge to firm up. About 10 minutes.
Keep these balls in the fridge or freezer. Either will work.
