  • 1 1/2 pounds lean pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup white wine OR white grape juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons peach preserves

Step 1

Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend well; pour over tenderloin. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
