  • 3 C flour (packed)
  • 2 t cream of tartar
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1 t sea salt
  • 1/2 C shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 C shredded Havarti
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 1/2 C grated parmesan for topping



Step 1

In medium bowl, combine flour, cream of tartar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cut in buatter as for pie crust.

Stir in shredded cheeses. Add eggs and sour cream. Mix everything together. Add milk Blend well.

Drop by soup spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Use parchment paper.

Sprinkle shreddd parmesan on top

Bake for 12 - 14 minutes.
