Flaky Garlic Parmesan Knots

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C. butter, melted
  • 2 Tb. freshly grated Parmesan
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (16 oz.) tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet. In a small bowl, whisk together the butter, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, and salt and set aside. Halve each of the biscuits, making 16 pieces. Roll each piece into a 5-in. rope, about 1.2-in. thick, and tie into a knot, tucking the ends.

Place the knots onto the baking sheet and brush each knot with half of the butter mixture. Place into the oven and bake until golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Serve immediately, brushed with the remaining butter mixture.
