Ingredients

  • Don't Thaw Peaches
  • Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam
  • 10 C frozen sliced peaches (2 1/2#)
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 C sugar
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 3/4 C flour
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 C melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Put peaches in large bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and toss.

In another bowl combine sugar, salt, flour and cinnamon. Mix well.

Pour dry ingredients over peaches and toss. Then dump into cake pan. Sprinkle any dry misture left over top. Drizzle melted butter over peaches. Cover pan with foil. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven.

Top Crust
1 C flour
1 C sugar
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1/2 stick softened butter
2 beaten eggs
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in softened butter. Add eggs. Remove foil and drop by spoonfuls. Bake another 50 minutes.
