Mystery Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C melted butter
  • 3 1/2 C sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 2 t nutmeg
  • 2 t baking soda
  • 2 t salt
  • 2 C raisins
  • 2 C chopped walnuts
  • 4 1/2 C flour

Preparation

Step 1

Add sugar to butter. Cool. Mix in eggs. Add soup. Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt. Add raisins and walnuts. Stir. Add flour in one cup increments.

Let dough set for 10 minutes. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. If it's too sticky, chill.

Bake for 10 - 12 minutes. Let sit for only 2 minutes on cookie sheet.
