Black & White Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 C chocolate chips
  • 3/4 C butter
  • 2 C brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 C flour
  • 1/2 C powdered sugar in small bowl

Preparation

Step 1

Melt the chocolate chips with butter in small bowl. Mix in sugar and cool. Add eggs one at a time. Mixing well. Mix in vanilla, baking powder and salt. Add flour and mix well. Chill dough overnight.

Preheat overn to 350 degrees.

Roll into walnut sized dought balls. Drop into powdered sugar. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 - 14 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack.
