Cook's Tropical Cheese Spread

Ingredients

• 2 8-oz. blocks cream cheese
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 3 Tbsp. minced onion
• 1 sm can crushed pineapple
• 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
• 1 tsp. season salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together. Chill

Hollow out pineapple, and fill with spread. Double recipe to fill both halves of pineapple
