Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup dried tart cherries
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
Preparation
Step 1
Bring cheese and butter to room temperature. Meanwhile, pour boiling water over cherries, to cover, let stand 10 minutes. Drain well, pat with paper towel to dry, cut in half and set aside.
Place cheese, butter, mayonnaise and mustard in a food processor bowl, and process until combined. Stir in cherries and onion. Shape in a bowl, and refrigerate to blend flavors. Serve with assorted crackers.
